OSC Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) that brings together specialized operating companies across mission technology, cybersecurity, engineering, modernization, and operational support, today announced the appointment of Amy K. Mugherini as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, strengthening enterprise legal, compliance, governance, and risk oversight across the OSC Global platform.
In this role, Mugherini will lead OSC Global’s legal strategy, regulatory compliance, governance, and enterprise risk-related matters. Her appointment supports OSC Global’s continued focus on operational accountability, responsible growth, and mission-focused execution across its portfolio of specialized companies serving defense, intelligence, civilian, Department of Energy, critical infrastructure, and other high-consequence mission environments.

Mugherini brings nearly 25 years of legal and executive advisory experience, with a strong background in technology law, intellectual property, cybersecurity, procurement, third-party risk, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining OSC Global, she served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Procurement, IT and IP Legal at State Street Bank and Trust Company, where she managed a team of attorneys and advised corporate, technology, cybersecurity, procurement, enterprise continuity, and executive teams.
